Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use

Permission is required

Users must have a valid legal basis to contact every recipient. Purchased, scraped, harvested or deceptive lists are prohibited.

Required message practices

Messages must identify the sender accurately, use truthful subjects, include any legally required business details and provide a working unsubscribe method for campaign email.

Bounces and suppressions

Hard bounces are blocked systemwide. Soft bounces may only be retried after the configured cooling period. Unsubscribed, restricted and blocked addresses must not be bypassed.

Warm-up restrictions

Warm-up messages may only use recipients who have agreed to participate. Warm-up must not be used to disguise unsolicited campaigns or evade provider limits.

Enforcement

Administrators may pause campaigns, disable mailboxes, restrict recipients or suspend accounts when bounce, complaint, security or compliance risks are detected.
