Package Questions

Frequently asked questions about PlainMailer packages

Learn how package selection, warmed mailbox access, list preparation and campaign capacity are managed.

Choose a package based on the number of warmed mailboxes you require, your expected campaign activity and the service features needed for your outreach. You can begin with a smaller package and request an upgrade as your requirements increase.

Package features may include warmed mailboxes on aged domains, mailbox warm-up, email-list cleaning, suppression checks, bounce handling, content refinement, campaign scheduling and delivery-event monitoring.

Eligible packages provide access to available mailboxes operating on aged domains. Mailboxes are assigned according to package level, warm-up status, account requirements and current service availability.

Yes. Packages that include multiple mailbox access allow users to assign several available warmed mailboxes to an individual campaign. Activity is distributed according to mailbox readiness and provider policies.

Yes. Users must upload their own lawful, permission-based email lists. Purchased, scraped, harvested or unauthorized recipient lists are not permitted.

PlainMailer performs basic email-format validation, duplicate detection and suppression checks before eligible contacts enter campaign queues. Previously unsubscribed, blocked or hard-bounced addresses are excluded.

Package capacity represents the service level available to an account, but actual sending activity is managed according to mailbox health, warm-up status, provider policies, campaign conditions and recipient-list quality.

You can request a package change when your campaign requirements increase or decrease. Additional mailbox capacity is subject to account eligibility, mailbox readiness and service availability.

Campaign sending begins after account activation, mailbox assignment and the required list-quality checks have been completed. Mailbox availability and readiness may affect the activation time.

No email service can guarantee delivery or inbox placement. Results depend on list quality, recipient engagement, message content, mailbox reputation, provider policies and other external factors.
