Responsible Use Users must upload lawful, permission-based contact lists and follow applicable privacy, anti-spam and email-provider requirements. PlainMailer does not support purchased, harvested or unauthorized recipient lists.

Yes. Depending on your assigned package, you can select multiple available warmed mailboxes for an individual campaign. Sending activity is distributed according to mailbox readiness and applicable provider policies.

PlainMailer performs basic email-format validation, duplicate detection, restricted-address checks and suppression checks. Previously unsubscribed, blocked or hard-bounced recipients are excluded from new sending queues.

Hard-bounced addresses are recorded and suppressed from future sending. Soft bounces and temporary delivery failures are recorded separately and may only be reconsidered after the applicable waiting period.

PlainMailer supports simple text and HTML messages. Attachment availability depends on the mailbox permissions, campaign configuration and assigned service package.

Yes. Supported personalization variables can be added to campaign drafts using information available in the uploaded contact list. The available variables are shown when composing a message.
